WORKSHOP ON REVIEW OF SADC BAND PLAN 2010

The Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology of Swaziland in conjunction with the Swaziland Post and Telecommunication Corporation (SPTC)will host a workshop on the Review of SADC Band Plan 2010 at Royal Villas, Mbabane, Swaziland from the 25 to 29 January 2010. CRASA embarked in year 2009 on the review process of the regional Frequency Band Plans. The workshop is to review the second draft SADC Band Plan 2010 and to receive input from SADC Frequency management and allocation experts before submitting the draft plan to the CRASA 13th Annual General Meeting for endorsement. The draft plan is to be presented to the SADC Ministers responsible for Telecommunications, Postal and ICTs meeting in May 2010.
