Notice is hereby given that the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Communications Regulators’ Association of Southern Africa (CRASA) will be held in the Kingdom of Eswatini commencing at 09:00hrs from Thursday, 11th April 2024 to Friday, 12th April 2024 for the purpose of transacting and considering the following business and if deemed fit:
I. To receive progress reports from CRASA Members regarding the developments of the Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) and Postal industries in the Southern African DevelopmentCommunity (SADC).
II. To receive reports regarding the status on implementation of the CRASA Strategic Plan 2023/28 and CRASA Operational Plan 2023/24.
III. To review the CRASA Financial Performance 2023/24.
IV. To consider for approval the CRASA Operational Plan 2024/25 and CRASA Budget 2024/25.
V. To appoint the CRASA Executive Committee 2024/25.
VI. To transact such other business as may be transacted at a CRASA Annual General Meeting in accordance to CRASA Constitution and Regulations.
