On the 25th August 2025, the Communications Regulators’ Association of Southern Africa(CRASA) held an insightful workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for HR Professionals in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The event was graciously hosted by the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), providing an excellent setting for learning and collaboration among HR experts from across the region.
The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Mwita from Koenig Solutions, who guided participants through practical sessions on leveraging AI technologies in Human Resource management. Discussions focused on AI-driven recruitment, employee performance analytics, workflow automation, and strategies for integrating AI tools to enhance HR efficiency and decision-making.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions, sharing experiences and exploring innovative approaches to modern HR challenges. The workshop also offered a valuable platform for networking and fostering collaboration among HR practitioners in the communications regulatory sector.
